A doctor-led practice in Sutton Coldfield

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to appointments and treatments at Aarva, 3 Midland Drive, Sutton Coldfield, Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield B72 1TU, operated by Aarva Health and Wellness Clinic Limited (company number 16734547). By booking with us you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Consultations and suitability

Every new patient starts with a consultation with one of our doctors. We will only recommend or carry out a treatment if we believe it is clinically appropriate and safe for you. We may decline to treat, or postpone treatment, if we have concerns about your health or suitability, and we will explain why.

You agree to give us accurate, complete information about your health, medicines and previous treatments, and to tell us about any changes.

Booking and deposits

You can request an appointment through our website, by phone on 0121 289 2777 or by email at bookings@aarva.net. Some appointments require a deposit when booking. If yours does, we will tell you the amount before you book, and it is taken off the cost of your appointment.

Cancelling or moving an appointment

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. If you give less notice or do not attend, a cancellation charge may apply, and we will always tell you what it is when you book. We understand that emergencies happen and will always consider your circumstances.

If we need to cancel or move your appointment, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer another time or a full refund of anything you have paid for that appointment.

Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed in writing before any treatment starts. Payment is due on the day of treatment, or when booking if you choose a prepaid course. Treatment plans and prices given at consultation are valid for three months.

Results and aftercare

Results from medical and aesthetic treatments vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. We will explain the expected benefits, risks and alternatives before you agree to treatment, and give you aftercare advice to follow. Please contact us straight away if you have any concerns after treatment.

Refunds

Because treatments are carried out on the basis of a clinical assessment, we cannot usually refund treatments once they have been performed. If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please tell us so we can put it right. If you stop a prepaid course, we will refund the sessions you have not used, less the full price of any sessions you have had. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with your care, please contact us at complaints@aarva.net. Our complaints process is set out on our Safety and standards page.

Privacy

How we use your personal and health information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
