Conditions We Treat

Start with what is bothering you, not with a treatment. Every condition below begins with a doctor’s assessment, so we treat the cause as well as what you see in the mirror.

Skin concerns

Breakouts, scarring, pigment and skin that has lost its glow.

Acne is a common skin condition that causes spots, blackheads and sometimes painful lumps.

Acne scarring is the lasting change in skin texture or colour left behind after spots have healed.

Melasma is a common skin condition that causes patchy brown or grey-brown pigmentation, usually on the face.

Pigmentation means darker patches or spots where the skin has made extra melanin, most often because of sun damage or past inflammation.

Enlarged pores, dull skin and uneven texture are very common and are usually linked to oil production, genetics, sun damage and age.

Dehydrated skin is skin that is short of water, so it can feel tight, look dull and show fine lines more easily, even if it is oily.

Conditions

Ageing, firmness and volume

Lines, loosening, lost volume and tired-looking eyes.

Fine lines and wrinkles are a normal part of skin ageing, made deeper by sun damage, smoking and repeated facial expressions.

Loss of firmness and skin laxity happen as the skin makes less collagen and elastin, so it becomes looser and less able to spring back.

Jowls, a softer jawline and a double chin usually come from a mix of skin laxity, shifting fat, changes in the bone of the jaw and your genetics.

Neck lines and crepey neck skin are common signs of sun exposure, ageing and posture, and they often show earlier than lines on the face.

Facial volume loss is the gradual thinning of fat, bone support and collagen that can leave cheeks flatter, temples hollow and the face looking tired or gaunt.

Under-eye hollows and dark circles have several causes, including genetics, thin skin, volume loss, pigmentation, allergies and tiredness.

Conditions

Body and hair

Loose skin, stretch marks and thinning hair.

Loose skin, stretch marks and scarring are common after pregnancy, weight loss, growth spurts or surgery.

Hair thinning and hair loss have many causes, from low iron and thyroid problems to hormones, stress and genetics.

Conditions

Women’s intimate health

Dryness and laxity, treated with medicine first and honesty throughout.

Vaginal dryness is very common around and after menopause, when falling oestrogen thins and dries the vaginal tissues.

Vaginal laxity is a feeling that the vagina is looser than before, most often after childbirth or with age.
