Before you book
First appointments are unhurried. Fees are payable on the day. If you need to change or cancel, please give us 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Our cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, they will need to be present at the appointment. If you have an urgent medical problem, do not wait for an appointment: call 111, or 999 in an emergency.

No. You can book directly with us. If it helps your care, we can share a summary with your NHS GP with your permission.
You will see one of our doctors, who will take a full history, examine you where helpful and talk through your options and next steps. Our What to expect page explains the appointment in more detail.
Yes. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member, and you can ask for a chaperone for any examination.
