Working at Aarva
We are building a team, and we are fussy about it, because the person on reception shapes how a patient feels far more than anything we put on this website.
What That Means in Practice
Medicine leads here, and everyone needs to believe that rather than recite it. Every role is salaried, so the focus stays on the patient in front of you.
People arrive at women’s health appointments embarrassed or already dismissed elsewhere, and the right person makes them feel heard within thirty seconds.
What It Is Like Here
- A practice run by doctors who still see patients, so clinical judgement always leads.
- Time with patients. Appointments are long enough to do the job properly, in every role, not just the doctors.
- A new building on Midland Drive, fitted out from scratch, with a small team you will know by name.
- Training and supervision built in. Every practitioner works to plans written by a doctor.
- Salary rather than commission, and benefits we will talk you through at interview.
Current Roles
Aesthetic Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner. Laser, skin and injectable treatments, planned with and overseen by our doctors. Full or part time, based at our new clinic on Midland Drive. Salaried. You will need current registration with your professional body and experience with medical-grade devices.
Medical Receptionist, part time. The first person our patients meet and the voice they hear on the phone. Organised, warm and discreet, with experience in a clinical or front-of-house setting.
To apply for either role, send your CV and a few lines about yourself to bookings@aarva.net.
